Responsible for the development of a Tri- lateral Tourism Strategy and Action Plan for the Prespa Lakes Basin, bordering each of the three countries—Greece, Albania and The Former Yugoslav Republic of Macedonia—on behalf of the United Nations Development Program and the communities on each side of the Lake’s border.
Working with local NGOs in each country, collecting and analyzing data from the region, facilitating collaborative stakeholder meetings, this project is focused on the creation of a sustainable tourism development plan that bring economic benefits, social development results, and ecological protection to communities on each side of the lake.
